Today, due primarily to the United States military actions in Iran, the exchange rate for bitcoin dropped to below $100k for the first time in over a month.

It seemed like the drop was a big deal until I looked it up as if it had been a year or more.

Keep things in perspective and maintain a low time preference as they say.
