The Pursuit of Independence

Creatives are by their very nature independent. Whether we're writing, painting, or composing a song–it begins from an independent spirit.

That pursuit matches perfectly with the Financial Independence movement. People all over the world are striving to be self-sufficient in their daily lives.

The thought of working a job for the sole purpose of saving earning money to live and putting away as much as you can, so that one day...one day you can retire.

To someone just starting off their career, especially artists, that seems like a dreadful experience. The thought of subjugating yourself to push down your creativity during your prime energy periods doesn't make any sense.
